Yoga is not something to apply. As understanding increases, yoga takes place. When it is understood that, God is my everything, then he will be remembered at all times.
*The remembrance of the heart is yoga... The remembrance of the mind is not yoga. The memory of the mind is selfish... The memory of the heart is yoga.*
Knowledge, yoga, perception, service - the essence of all the four subjects is transformation. Because numbers are only for change...! If you didn't change, didn't make your sanskar-nature divine, that means you didn't do anything...! Then it is like getting only 10 numbers out of 100...! Everyone fails because of the absence of this change.
And the soul which transforms itself remains happy in every situation. The present condition does not affect him. Because the more he changes, the more he becomes detached.
But where the transformation stopped, attachment came there, and then the "what-why" started there. Because where there is attachment, there is “what-why”… and the soul which does what-why, cannot remain careless, it will live in worry only. Because he will be worried all the time. Sometimes that soul will worry by holding on to something, and sometimes about something else...! More “hi-hi” and less “wah-wah” will come out of him...!
To have good nature means to be selfless. Because where there is "me" and "mineness", there will be a fight... and the person with a heart has a good nature, because the heart is full of love, it is full of acceptance. But where our mind moves, then there comes me and mine.
Shiv Baba has explained to us that we should match our words and actions. Because speaking and doing - there is as much difference between these two as there is in the supreme abode and the underworld. Because it is very easy to speak, everything. But to do this a lot of power is required. And that power is not needed for one time, stable power is needed. Because * this is the journey of cultivating the mind, both climbing and descending in it go together. *That's why only a soul full of powerful, determined intellect and love and dedication towards God can make its words and actions equal.
If we do any work considering it to be service, being an instrument, then that work becomes easy and our stage also remains light… But if we do it with the consciousness of “I” and “mineness”, then it becomes difficult.
