Shiv Baba has taught us;
Die Die.
Bend Down.
Learning.
That is, what many children say that;
Why should I die...? Why should I bow down...?
So Baba says that this dying is not dying, but living in the heart of the Supreme Soul Father. Because this will kill the Ravana within us, and Ram who is there will grow up, who will become like the Supreme Soul Father.
Attachment means attachment is a very big disease. Attachment to persons, objects, luxuries - because if the soul does not have faith in God, that is why we feel that I must have a lot of mine...! But, one who has God, he will never lack anything…. and the one who does not have God, he will remain hungry in the coming times. Because, be it gold, be it money - what is the value of all these in front of God - it is like soil. That's why all these remain in the earth... And where God resides in the heart, then all the thorns of time are removed there, all the treasures become full.
Shiv Baba has taught us to transform the worldly into the supernatural, so it does not mean that we should force our worldly family members to walk on the path of knowledge just like we do... No.
In fact, changing the worldly to the supernatural means that we bring the supernatural in our worldly thinking… that is, selfless love in place of attachment, contentment in place of greed, dedication in place of ego….
Hard work done with a true heart gives results automatically, not by thinking. God only sees whether we are doing it from the heart or from the mind...?
Shiv Baba says that:
Your victory is only by following shrimat. There is no victory (over oneself) without following shrimat. They become numberwise in victory only because they remain numberwise in following Shrimat (i.e. walking according to divine teachings)..! Because somewhere or the other the soul remains trapped in its own thoughts and belief systems.
